The Public Entity under the name “Technical Chamber of Greece”, located in the Municipality of Athens at, Nikis Street, No. 4, P.O. 105 63, with VAT Nr. 090002260, D’ Athens Tax Office (hereinafter referred to as “TCG”), in its capacity as Data Controller, collects and further processes the personal data of applicants for participation and beneficiaries of the Project “Computing Power Goes Green” of the “Consulting, Training and Certification Services” Project, only if absolutely necessary, for explicit and legitimate purposes, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and the national law of the Greek State of Athens, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). 4624\/2019 (“Existing Legislation”) as applicable.
