The Action is co-financed by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund - ERDF) and by national resources (through the PDE).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Object of the Act<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The object of the Action is the implementation of Consulting, Training and Certification actions for 1300\u00a0\u00a0<span class=\"ui-provider bjp bjq c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t bjr bjs w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">participants\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0from Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Albania and the Republic of North Macedonia, for the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and abilities that will significantly strengthen the promotion of innovative technologies to improve the effectiveness of environmental protection and the efficient use of resources as well as to support modern companies in the adoption and implementation of new, more environmentally friendly, methods and practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aim of the training programs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the training programs is for the beneficiaries to acquire additional knowledge, skills in the field of innovative technologies to improve the effectiveness of environmental protection and the efficient use of resources.\u00a0The fields of knowledge are also related to the field of waste, soil protection and the reduction of air pollution, while at the same time they strengthen the management skills and utilization of the professional qualifications of the beneficiaries.\u00a0The participation in the exams to obtain Certification according to the ISO 17024 standard, which enshrines professional rights at European and International level and will contribute positively to the strengthening of employment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries of the Act<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beneficiaries are professionals, engineers, technicians, other relevant specialties as well as anyone interested in participating in this Program.\u00a0Specifically, within the framework of the Action, 1 group counseling session will be implemented\u00a0\u00a0<strong>for each beneficiary<\/strong>\u00a0, lasting 45 minutes, as well as the two (2) following training programs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IT Infrastructures and Systems and Environmental Sustainability<\/li>\n<li>Modern, almost zero-energy business premises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each beneficiary can attend only one (1) of the above training subjects.\u00a0The training programs are implemented according to the educational methods and techniques of adult education.\u00a0Each of the two training programs has\u00a0\u00a0<strong>a duration of 40 hours<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0and leads to a corresponding Certification of knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: The maximum permissible limit of absences for the implemented programs is set up to 10% (or 20%) of the training hours<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Any absences exceeding the permissible limits of absences, as specified in detail in the conditions of implementation of the Invitation, result in the forfeiture of the right to participate in the certification exams, while the specific beneficiaries will not be granted a certificate of attendance.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of the Action will cover the entire area of \u200b\u200bintervention of the Project, namely Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Albania and the Republic of North Macedonia.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone Greece\u00a0<\/strong>(TEE-TCG) was established in 1923. It is a Legal Entity of Public Law with elected administration. According to the rules of the Greek State as a Legal Entity of Public Law it is formally supervised by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks. Its headquarters are in Athens and it has branches in 17 geographic regions.<\/p>\n<p>The Technical Chamber of Greece aims to promote science in the fields related to the specialty of its members, as well as to promote technique and technology, and their utilization for social, and cultural development of the country, in accordance with the principles of sustainability and environmental protection.<\/p>\n<p><u>The Technical Chamber of Greece within its purpose is the technical advisor of the Government and in particular it:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Studies<\/strong>, on his own initiative or after assignment or request, independently or in collaboration with other social or scientific bodies or chambers, any relevant scientific, technical, techno-economic, or development issue of interest to society as a whole. It also formulates opinions on its own initiative or after being asked to offer its opinion on legislation regarding these issues.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gives an opinion, <\/strong>within a specified reasonable period of time, on any matter within its jurisdiction<strong>, <\/strong>after being asked by the competent authorities or other bodies, the public sector or trade union bodies and.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collects<\/strong> statistics in relation to the technical potential, and technical, scientific, manufacturing and industrial activity, technical materials, equipment and technology. It compiles statistics and provides relevant information to the competent authorities or other bodies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Provides\u00a0<\/strong>its assistance for the proper preparation and implementation of development projects and the utilization of natural resources, the improvement of the quality of life and the protection of the environment. It also carries out, independently or in collaboration with other bodies, relevant research and studies as well drafts of specifications, regulations, project contracts and studies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contributes <\/strong>to creating programs on technical education, to developing local research and technology, and to the utilization, development, planning and structuring of the technical potential in accordance with the development needs of the country.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Informs <\/strong>the public by issuing announcements, publications, or in any other appropriate way, on any subject within its scope, popularizing and contributing to a wider understanding of the relevant issues and problems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participates <\/strong>in international organizations, associations of chambers, international technical associations. It develops relations with relevant organizations of other countries, organizes conferences, exhibitions and other events to promote its purposes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conducts<\/strong> expert opinions with statutory authority.
